The Origin
Years inside Amazon. Then years watching the industry fail.
Our founder spent years at Amazon — not on the sidelines, but deep in the engine room. Then watched from the outside as "AWS partners" fumbled migrations, bloated architectures, and optimised for their own revenue instead of customer outcomes.
Every conversation came down to dollars. Nobody was working backwards from customer goals. Nobody was staying past the invoice to make sure it actually worked.
MODMIG exists because that was unacceptable.
